Job Position -1 Accountant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience:2–4 years of relevant accounting experience
• Exposure to payroll, tax, and basic financial reporting is preferred
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
Position Overview / Scope of Role:
The Accountant is responsible for supporting core accounting functions including payroll processing, tax filings, general ledger maintenance, and preparation of basic financial reports. The role ensures accurate recording of financial transactions, compliance with applicable regulations, and timely execution of routine finance activities.
The position requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle day-to-day accounting tasks with guidance while progressively building the capability to work more independently. The role plays an important part in maintaining financial discipline and supporting the overall finance function.

Job Position -2 Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc in Finance/Accounting) is highly preferred
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
Experience:Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
• At least 4–6 years in a managerial or leadership role
• Experience in multi-sector environments (FMCG, manufacturing, construction, or trading) is highly desirable
