Job Position -Senior Sales & Marketing Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive sales and marketing plan to achive revenue goals across all business segments (restaurant, café, catering)
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting for new customers building partnerships, and responding for RFPs.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts, maintain strong relationships and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Oversee the design and execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotions to effectively positions the company brands and offerings.
Spearhead the development and maintenance of the company’s website, social media channels and other digital marketing assets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to inform strategic decision making and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment between sales, marketing, and operations.
Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance, setting goals and ensuring high performance.
Contribute to the overall business strategy and practice in cross-functional initiatives as needed.
Monitor market conditions:
Staying informed about competitor activities and market shifts to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Customer engagement and satisfaction:
Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and loyalty, especially in international markets.
Brand management:
Ensuring consistent brand messaging and across all marketing channels.
Sales strategy development:
Creating and executing strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
Market research:
Conducting research to identify new customer segments and understand market demands.
Budget management:
Managing marketing budgets effectively to maximize return on investment.
