Job Position-1 Front Desk Receptionist for Boutique Hotel
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (with 2 and more years of experience) in Hospitality,
experience is highly valued and considered as a great asset
Language Skills:
Fluent in English and Amharic (excellent reading/writing abilities).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in computers (MS Office, email, basic software, HMS/PMS & OTA platforms like Booking.com).
Personality Traits:
Proactive, Outgoing, resilient, and customer focused.
Thrives in fast-paced environments; maintains composure under pressure.
Work Ethic: Highly accountable, punctual, and eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
Preferred:
2 and more years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles We Offer:

Required Qualification and Experience
Education :Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in hotel operations (front office or supervisory role)
Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (especially Booking.com)
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
Basic computer skills (PMS systems preferred)
English required (additional languages are a plus)
