Job Position-Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: MA/BA in Accounting or Finance and Accounting or any related field of Study
Experience: 5-7 Years of experience
Key Responsibilities
General
Oversee the financial Management Processes ensure adherence to accounting standards
Ensure accuracy, reliability and integrity of financial management information reporting system
Implement financial policies and procedure
Keep up to date on changes on financial laws and regulations with a special emphasis on tax law
Understand and manage possible financial or legal risks and devise appropriate strategies to avoid or minimize those risks and maximize advancement of the company
Following all the finance team is fulfilling their responsibility
Support internal and external audit with structured documentation and cost trail transparency
Ensure timely posting of accounting record
Preparing annual plan and forecasting process
AP/AR
Following up any payment collection and ensuring on time collection of funds
Reconciling of customer and vendor accounts
Approving any account payables
Following up pending documents
Approval of employee’s payroll
Tax Obligation
Ensure that the company is paying its financial obligation such as paying taxes loans on time and ensure that legal financial obligations are met at all time
Inventory
Prepare cost sheets for production
Approving stock reconciliation
Cost analysis and valuation and ensuring proper valuation of inventory and analyze cost fluctuation
Supervising inventory count and managing surprise counts
Track actual spending against budgeted/ BOQ amounts to prevent overspending
Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure the efficient allocation of resource across department
Reporting
Daily cashflow statement
Monthly purchase and expenditure report on each
Monthly Finaicnial report based on GAAP
Quarterly Financial report based on GAAP
Semiannual Financial report based on GAAP
Prepare and analyze ratio analysis for management decision
