Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA or MA Degree in Human Resource Management/Business Administration/Management/ Public Administration Development Management or related fields.
Experience:5 years of relevant experience

Knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with interpreting performance data and statistics.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
Excellent training and Coaching Skills.
Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel
Time management skills.
