Job Position-Sales person (Female only)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Confident personality with willingness to appear on camera and create content
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Preferred Qualities (Big Advantage)
• Comfortable speaking in videos or live streams
• Basic content creation skills (video editing, captions, storytelling)
• Sales mindset: not afraid of rejection and persistent in follow-ups
• Creative thinking and initiative

Key Responsibilities
• Actively promote and sell company products to new and existing customers

• Create engaging content that attracts customers and builds brand awareness
• Respond to online inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Visit potential clients and build strong customer relationships
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
• Provide regular feedback on customer needs and market opportunities
