Job Position-1 Sales Representative
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Representative.
Advantage: Prior experience in Mobile Sales and Mobile Accessories is highly valued.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
Willingness to travel and meet clients when required.

Job Position-2 Sales Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:University degree in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business Management.
Experience: 3–5 years in sales, marketing, or business development within the solar sector.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, inverters, batteries, and the solar energy market.
Leadership: Proven experience managing a sales team and achieving measurable objectives.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Requirement Skill
Sales analytics and performance reporting
Increased sales volume and net revenue
Analytical: strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Good communication and reporting skills
