Job Position-Administrative and Cash Management Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience in finance, administration, cash management, or office operations.
Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and financial documentation.
Experience in coordinating audits and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
Experience in proposal writing and project documentation is an asset.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Cash Management
Manage daily cash transactions and petty cash operations.
Monitor organizational cash flow and maintain accurate cash records.
Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and implementation.
Prepare periodic financial reports and supporting schedules.
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing systems.
Support internal and external audit processes and ensure timely availability of required documents.
Ensure compliance with organizational financial policies and procedures.
Administrative and Office Management
Perform office administration and secretarial duties.
Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
Maintain organized filing and records management systems.
Draft correspondence, reports, minutes, and other official documents.
Provide administrative support to management and project teams.
Project and Documentation Support
Assist in the preparation of project proposals and concept notes.
Support the drafting and review of project agreements and related documents.
Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials.
Undertake desktop publishing and document formatting tasks.
Logistics and Operations Support
Coordinate logistics arrangements for meetings, workshops, trainings, and field activities.
Support procurement and inventory management processes.
Organize travel arrangements, transportation, and accommodation for staff and visitors.
Participate in field assignments and provide operational support as required.
