Job Position-2 HR Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an HR management role, preferably in a dynamic and growing company.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HR management software and tools, including ERP systems (ERPNext experience is a plus).
Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and leadership abilities.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and organization in managing HR processes and documentation.
