Job Position-1 Senior Accountant (Re-advert)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, of which 2 years of experience at a Senior Accountant level, preferably in a manufacturing company.
What is needed from the ideal candidate:
Experience with accounting software such as Sage 50 Accounting (Peachtree ERP) and Microsoft Excel
Experience in inventory and cost accounting is advantageous
Strong Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Job Position-2 Shift Supervisor and Chemist
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:First Degree or Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Polymer Science with 3 years of experience, at least 1 year of industrial experience in plastics or recycling. Proven leadership experience (shift leader, production supervisor, or lab head). Additional training in Industrial Management or Production Engineering will be a plus
Knowledge of polymer chemistry (PET, rPET, polyolefins).
Experience with quality control tests: IV measurement, moisture analysis, contamination checks.
Familiarity with extrusion and pelletizing processes.
Understanding of environmental and safety standards in recycling.
Supervisory Skills (Shift Supervisor Role)
Production line management: scheduling, monitoring throughput, troubleshooting.
Team leadership: guiding operators and technicians, and ensuring safety compliance.
Problem-solving: quick response to machine breakdowns or quality deviations.
Reporting: daily shift logs, production KPIs, and lab test results.
Training: coaching operators on proper handling of recycled plastics.
