Job Position-Mid-Level Architect
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of relevant professional experience – Mid-Level.
Strong architectural design and technical drawing skills.
Good knowledge of building finishing materials and construction details.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good 3D modeling and rendering skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to understand BOQs, drawings, specifications, and material schedules.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Software Skills
AutoCAD | SketchUp / 3ds Max | V-Ray / Corona / Enscape | Photoshop | Microsoft Excel
Ideal Candidate
A practical and technically strong architect who can work beyond design and combine Architecture, 3D Visualization, Technical Documentation, Material Sourcing, and Project Coordination. Experience in interior design, finishing works, material sourcing, supplier coordination, or construction projects will be an advantage.
