Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other business-related fields.
With 5/7 years of microfinance operations experience, of which 2 years as a Senior officer/Team leader in marketing-related areas
Job Summary: The Microfinance Financing Division Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing, and supervising all financing operations within the Microfinance Department. The role ensures that financing activities comply with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and Shariah principles (where applicable), while achieving portfolio growth, maintaining high asset quality, and delivering quality financial services to clients
