Job Position-Senior Strategy and Change Management Officer II
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Strategic Management, Public Policy, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a closely related quantitative/business field from an accredited institution.
Minimum of six (6) years of progressively responsible technical experience in strategic planning, M&E systems design, BPR execution, digital transformation coordination, or economic policy research. Experience must have been gained within a financial regulatory authority, capital market institution, commercial bank, multilateral agency, or tier-one corporate strategy practice.
