Job Position-Senior Manager, Talent Management
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Experience:10–12 years’ experience in talent management or strategic HR roles
Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
Experience in fintech, technology, or consulting environments preferred
