Job Position-1 Senior Manager – Service & Parts
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: achelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline from a recognized institution.
Professional Experience: Minimum 7+ years of relevant technical experience in Service and Parts operations within the automotive, motorcycle, or three-wheeler sector, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
Technical Expertise: Strong practical understanding of both Internal Combustion (IC) engines and Electric Vehicle (EV) technologies, including EV components, high-voltage battery systems, and localized electrical systems.
Local Market Experience: Demonstrated experience managing service and parts operations within Ethiopia, including regional dealer networks, field operations, dealer concerns, and multi-location workshops.
Aftermarket Operations: Strong knowledge of spare parts management, workshop operations, warranty administration, service processes, and aftermarket business development.
Process & Systems Knowledge: Practical experience using parts catalogues, structured job cards, workshop performance reports, Dealer Management Systems (DMS), and other automotive service management tools.
Language Skills: Excellent professional English, both written and verbal, is required for corporate reporting and communication with expatriate management. Fluency in Amharic is essential. Knowledge of Afaan Oromoo or other regional languages is an advantage.

Job Position-2 Area Sales Manager / Network Development Specialist – 2W & 3W Vehicles (Petrol & EV)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Automotive Industry Experience: Minimum 4–6 years of frontline field sales experience within the Ethiopian automotive sector, particularly in two-wheelers (2W) and three-wheelers (3W/Bajaj).
Dealer & Client Network: Demonstrated experience building, managing, and expanding dealer networks and/or corporate client portfolios in Ethiopia.
EV & IC Product Knowledge: Practical experience selling or supporting both conventional petrol-powered vehicles and electric vehicles in the Ethiopian market, with a good understanding of EV-specific considerations such as charging infrastructure, battery performance, and operating costs.
Language Skills: Excellent professional English is required for reporting and communication with expatriate management. Fluency in Amharic is essential. Knowledge of additional regional languages, particularly Afaan Oromoo, is an advantage.
Mobility: Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Ethiopia’s regional states for market development, dealer engagement, and field research.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Automotive Engineering, or another relevant commercial or technical discipline from a recognized institution.
Digital & Reporting Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, for sales pipeline management, dealer performance tracking, and market intelligence reporting.
