Job Position – Customer Service Officer- Maker
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other equivalent fields.
Experience: Zero (0) year of experience
Not more than 25 years of age (for external applicants)
To be permanently assigned after Six (6) months of intensive training.
CGPA:2.5 & Above
Year of Graduation: 2024/25/and 26 Graduates onily.
Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer(Maker) is responsible to make front office customer service support at the branch. S/he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Place Of Work: Branches Under Mekelle District.
