Minimum of 3 years of proven real estate sales experience.
Candidates with 1+ year of experience may also be considered if they have strong social media sales experience, including 10,000+ followers and proven lead-generation results.
Strong knowledge of real estate sales and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Strong digital/social-media marketing awareness.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, proactive, and accountable.
Fluency in Amharic is required; English is an advantage.

Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Strong digital and social media awareness is an advantage.
Fluency in Amharic is required; English is an advantage.

ETB 30,948.28 gross monthly salary + 4% commission

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven track record of 200+ successful sales.
Previous experience in sales supervision or real estate sales is highly preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop a sales team.
Strong target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
💰 COMPENSATION
ETB 74,051.72 gross monthly salary + 1% commission
