Job Position-Senior Manager, Finance
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant field.
Professional certification (such as ACCA, CPA, CFA) is desirable.
Competency requirements: At least eight (8) years of progressive experience in relevant fields, including managerial or supervisory roles.
Demonstrated competence in financial management and analysis.
A high degree of computer literacy; knowledge of financial administration software is desirable.
Ability to generate and analyze various financial metrics using various tools.
Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues.Ability to work effectively as a team member in a private multi-cultural environment.
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations, directives, knowledge of financial management disciplines.
Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations as well as thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal, presentation and written communication skills, ethical and high-level of integrity.A positive “can-do” attitude, open-minded & sense of ownership.
Language requirements: Fluency in English and Amharic
Desired Skill
Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP
• Strong financial analysisACCA Certification
Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
