Job Position-Facility and Property Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory position. Strong knowledge of facility operations, building systems, property administration, and maintenance management.

Facility and Property Management knowledge, skill and system Contract Administration and Vendor Management Budget Control and Cost Optimization Team Leadership and Supervision Risk, Safety, and Compliance Management Problem-Solving and Emergency Management Stakeholder Management and Communication Planning, Reporting, and Organizational Skills Good at attention to detail
