Job Position-1 Cashier
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:TVET / Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Cashier, Finance Assistant, or Junior Accountant.
Skills:
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, MS Word, basic accounting software/POS).
High level of honesty, precision, and attention to detail.
Experience with Odoo ERP / Odoo Accounting is a strong plus.
Good interpersonal and customer communication skills.

Job Position-2 Operation & Logistics Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain, factory operations, warehouse management, or distribution logistics (experience in construction materials or ceramics is a plus).
Location: Candidates residing in or around Tulefa, Sheno, or North Shewa, or willing to relocate locally, are strongly preferred.
Language Skills: Fluency in Amharic (written and spoken) is required. Proficiency in English is highly advantageous.
Key Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, high attention to detail, problem-solving mindset under pressure, and basic computer/mobile reporting capabilities (Excel, Telegram/WhatsApp).

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: [3–5+] years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations, with at least [2+] years in a supervisory role.
Technical Skills:
Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle).
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for inventory reporting and data analysis.
Knowledge of barcode scanning operations, RFID tracking, and standard inventory methodologies (FIFO/LIFO).
Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, clear communication skills, high organization, a proactive mindset, and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
Certifications (Preferred): Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), Forklift Operator License, or OSHA Safety Certification.
