Position 1 – NER-Legal Group.Attorney
Job Requirements
Education: L.L.B Degree or Level V With COC in Law or Legal Services Management with Zero year Experience
NB. Affan Oromo language skill is mandatory

Brief Description
Takes part in the overall activities of legal Issues relating to litigation.
provides expert advice to management on matters that are cause for litigation
Represents the company before the judicial and other tribunals.
Contributes to cross functional actions to enhance the performance of the company.
Detailed Description
Conducts research on minor corporate legal issues that require enlightenment of the management, reviews/evaluates the potential legal Issues in policy decisions, procedures and manuals of the company and proposes measures that may help in filling the gaps observed in the documents.
Prepares statement of claims, statement of defense, memorandum of appeal and other pleadings
Appears before courts and other quasijudicial bodies competent to adjudicate disputes in which the company is a party
Prepare legal advice and opinion on subjects that are relatively less complex.
Represents the company in out-of-court settlement negotiations.
Position 2 – SSER-Fleet Maintenance and Fuel Management Group.Fleet Maintenance Inspector
Job Requirements
BSc Degree or Level V with COC in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Stream), Automotive Technology Management or Automotive Technology and Vehicle Management.
Experience is not required. NB:3rd grade, Public 1, dry or equivalent level driving license is Mandatory
Specific Location:- SSER Robe
Brief Description
Undertake various administration functions associated with the Inspector’s role, Assures the accomplishment of the vehicle technical works in the desired technical and quality standards, work closely with the Fleet Management staff to ensure accuracy of defects/reports and the rescheduling of non-serious defect rectification, Brings to the Fleet maintenance supervisor/manager/ all required information/study/ Survey for decision making, Suggest alternative way & means of rectifying complex automotive maintenance problem when arises, Keep often the safety work standards, Keep records of vehicles inspected(both ET owned & Rented vehicles), advise the company fleet Maintenance Management Team when there is unforeseen conditions that affect performance and/or service delivery of the section, Prepare and Check preventive maintenance programs, Drive all sizes of the company vehicles in connection with delivering /receiving the vehicle to/from service provider’s garage and road-testing up on the approval of fleet maintenance supervisor/manager/, Inspects and assesses the condition of all the vehicle’s essential mechanical systems and other components and identify vehicles for disposal, determine the acceptability of the report on damage claims.

Job Requirements
Masters degree in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Tax Administration or Financial Accounts Management with?At least 5 years of relevant experience in taxation, accounting, or finance. Experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and tax reporting and tax assessment or?
BA Degree or Level V with COC in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, Tax Administration or Financial Accounts Management with?At least 6 years of relevant experience in taxation, accounting, or finance. Experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and tax reporting and tax assessment
Detailed Description
Knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, regulations, and directives
Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Strong experience in tax planning, tax risk assessment, and tax advisory services is advantageous
Professional certifications in taxation or accounting are an advantage.
Knowledge of IFRS
Knowledge of computer (MS Office,Word,Excel,power point,outlook) and internet browsing
