Job Position – Cashier/Reception

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/Diploma in Accounting from recognized Institution with Competency Certificate.
Experience:Minimum 1 Year and above experience with Practical Skill in Computer Operating and Cash Register Machine.
Required No. 1(one)
Salary: on the Organization’s Scale

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives cash and /or check against using Cash Register Machine and cash receipt Voucher, deposit collected cash in the bank.
Record cash received/collected and deposited on daily basis and prepares collection and deposit reports.
Preparing Check payment vouchers and check for authorized payments.
Preparing Petty Cash payment vouchers.
Conduct cross reference bank deposits.
Disburse authorized payments from petty cash after examining the validity of payment vouchers and other supporting documents.
Pays authorized advances and/or check deposits against cash and /or check receipts to which they relate for purchases, transportation, etc in accordance with applicable advance forms.
Records daily petty cash payments chronologically in the cash book.
Notify the staff for settlement of previously withdrawn funds and inform same to his/her supervisor for action.
Effects payments for dully authorized purchases and other payments.
Count petty cash on hand daily and reconcile the balance plus suspense. Voucher with the petty cash register balance and inform overage or shortage.
Follow up of Office rent collection, Electric and Water receivables and payment of telephone bills.
Maintains the cleanliness of the reception area.
Responds to service user queries promptly and courteously.
Directs service users to the correct destination at the Center.
Schedules appointments for service users.
Maintains appointment dairy either manually or electronically.
Keeps up to date service users recording file.
Enters client data/information in to the data base /EXCEL Sheet.
Provides necessary data/information to the Senior Physiotherapist for preparing reports.
Performs any other related duties as assigned to him/her by the immediate boss.

Job Position 2- Store Keeper

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/Diploma in Accounting/ Supply management from recognized Institution with Competency Certificate.
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Store keeper is an advantages’.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and integrity.
Experience:Minimum 1 Year and above experience

Salary: on the Organization’s Scale
Terms of Employment 2 years renewable contract
Duty station:- For store Keeper at Menagesha rehabilitation Center and for junior physiotherapist and for Cashier and reception Addis Ababa

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods.
Issue materials based on approved requests.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
Conduct regular stock counts and support inventory audits.
Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
Ensure all stock movements are properly documented.
Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Position 3 – Junior Physiotherapist

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bsc in Physiotherapy
Experience: Zero year experience
Required No.2
Salary: on the Organization’s Scale

Description of Duties:
Carry out and appropriate physical examination of the patient, referred by a medical officer or specialist.
Design a problem oriented treatment plan.
Carry out treatment of patients / clients valuate and adjust the treatment plan when it is necessary.
Participate on evaluation of treatment outcomes.
Discuss the patient’s / client condition with other medical personnel confidentially and in the patient interest and permission.
Apply massage and other body manipulations.
Apply and instruct passive/active remedial exercises and instruct on the use of prosthetic/orthotic appliances.
Provide pre and post physiotherapy services for assistive technology users and instruct on basic hygiene and safe use of devices.
Perform conservative corrections with POP for orthopaedic/neurological pathology.
Utilize mechanical devices and exercising equipment.
Apply electro therapy (sound wave, electromagnetic, radiation, electrical current and etc..).
Apply heat and cold therap
Assist his/her supervisor in making appointments with patients and in the administration of the physiotherapy clinic /rehabilitation unit.
Report the action and the treatment carried out on the patient to the referring medical officer in a meaningful way.
Ensure the proper handling of equipment and the general set up of the section.
Report any faults of equipment or appliances to his/her immediate supervisor for radial repair.
Be involved in the coaching of rehabilitation workers and other professional.
Participate in the preparation of annual plan of the clinic or the unit.
Submit monthly, quarterly, biannual and annual activity report to immediate supervisor.
Carry out any other related duties when ordered by his/her supervisor.
