Job Summary
This dual-role position combines front-desk reception, office administration, and marketing supervision. The ideal candidate will serve as the professional face of the company while overseeing daily apartment/guesthouse operations, managing team performance, and driving customer satisfaction through online reviews and complaint resolution.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Front Office & General Services
Guest Hospitality: Greet all visitors and clients with a warm, professional demeanor, efficiently directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Communications Management: Handle incoming phone calls and emails, routing resident inquiries to the correct departments.
Calendar Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and organization of office meetings.
Facility Maintenance: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, neatness, and visual appeal across all offices and guest rooms.
Punctuality Oversight: Monitor and ensure that office trainees/learners arrive on time.
Marketing & Operations Supervision
Reputation Management: Actively encourage and secure guest reviews on their scheduled day of checkout.
Social Media Engagement: Create and publish promotional advertisements across social media platforms.
Team Leadership: Supervise, guide, and support the apartment reception staff.
Asset Management: Track and inventory guesthouse assets, equipment, and critical reception supplies to ensure seamless daily operations.
Conflict Resolution: Address apartment guest complaints and suggestions promptly, delivering effective solutions to ensure total guest satisfaction.
Operational Support: Execute additional tasks and duties as requested by the immediate supervisor.
