Job Position 1 – IT Support Engineer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advantageous Certifications: ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certifications, Equivalent industry-recognized certifications
Experience: Minimum of 3–4 years of relevant experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Infrastructure Support, or a similar role.
