Job Position 1 – Content Writer

Required Qualification and Experience
Experience: Total of 3 – 4 years of experience in communication and advertising industry with similar role;
Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar;
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts;
Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
Solid research skills with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources;
Proficiency in storytelling techniques to captivate and engage audiences;
Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies;
Adaptability to different tones, styles, and brand voices;

Job Position 2 – Junior Digital Marketing Officer

Required Qualification and Experience


Education: Total of 1 – 3 Years of experience in communication and advertising industry with similar role;
Strong digital marketing skills with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.

Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, and email marketing software, etc.
Proficiency in SEO principles, keyword research, and understanding of organic search engine ranking factors.
Experience in managing and optimizing campaigns including keyword research, bid management, and ROI generation.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.

Job Position 3 – Senior Research Officer

Required Qualification and Experience


Education: Master’s degree or higher. in Marketing, Economics (Agricultural Economics/Development Economics/Resource Economics/Transport Economics/health economics, etc), Value Chain, Business Administration, Project Management/planning, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, or a related field with a focus on market development, private sector development, or economic development.
Minimum of 5/2 years of experience for Masters or PhD Degree in the above fields of study
Lead high level and large-scale impact evaluation research with national and international organizations
High level project management experience in multinational and international NGOs, such as the World Bank, USAID, UNICEF, FAO, ILO, GIZ, IOM, etc.
Lead the planning and coordination of project activities; Monitoring of activities’ progress and performance at designated study sites (delivery, quality) and Evaluation of project outcomes.
Developing and refining projects’ Theory of Change (TOC) by incorporating project impact, outcome, output, activities, key assumptions and risks
Ability/experience in building the MEAL framework based on the project  impact, outcome, output and input to provide robust measurement of project results using scientifically reproducible mixed-method methodologies
Experience in the design and implementation of MEAL plan based on the project Theory of Change
Strong research and analytical skills, with expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies.

Knowledge of international development frameworks, policies, and practices related to market and private sector development is desirable.
Experience working in consulting firms, research institutions, higher learning institutions, or international development organizations is preferred.
Knowledge of other local and internal languages is a plus.

Job Position 4 – Research Associate

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA/BSc or MSc/MA in Agricultural Sciences; Agricultural Economics; Economics; Environment and Natural Resource Management; Project Management; Animal Science; Development Studies; and related fields.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in research or a related field (e.g., data analysis, market research).
Experience with statistical software packages (e.g., SPSS, Stata, R) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience working with International and National Research and consultancy institutes is an added advantage;

Knowledge;
Knowledge in either quantitative, qualitative, and mixed research approaches;
Skills in analytical software (SPSS, STATA, R) is a plus
Good knowledge of study designs, sampling techniques, and sample size determination;
