Job Position 1 – Warehouse Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in logistics, accounting, supply chain management, or a related field
0 -1 years of professional experience in store, warehouse management, and logistics
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to speak and write English fluently
Have ambition to proceed his/her career in supply chain
Proficient in Excel Microsoft Office applications.
The Warehouse Administrator oversees the warehouse operations and safeguards the inventory. S/he will be responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, tracking, reconciling and tidying up Dodai’s warehouse.
Job Position 3 – Junior Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA degree in marketing or related field
3-6 years of professional experience in a similar role to raise brand awareness in an outstanding way for new brands through marketing campaigns.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Result-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a good command of the English language
Extremely computer literate, especially with graphics and content creation software such as Canva, Photoshop, as well as project management software such as Trello, slack and other strong skills in creating original content that targets a specific audience and meets company objective
The Marketing Associate at Dodai is responsible for the overall marketing efforts in relation to Dodai products including but not limited to building the Dodai brand, and implementing strategies that will ensure a positive representation of the company and its products. As well as working with other departments in the organization to ensure the achievement of the company’s mission.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree in any field.
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer service or reception role (retail experience a plus).

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
Able to operate a cash register machine
Proficient in computer use (Word, Excel, Google applications).
