Job Position – Sales Representative (In house Sales)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Degree from higher education in Engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, electrical and other engineering fields) as Architecture, Marketing, Business administration, Insurance or related fields from a recognized institution could be some fields but not limited to.

Duties and responsibilities:
Assist buyers in finding a match based on the multitude of variables each buyer gives weights to, but also each buyer’s ability.
Assist buyers in understanding the values of buying projects by Noah Real Estate
Stay abreast of current projects and offerings, general market conditions, prices, financing, and legalities affording you the ability to further advise clients.
Provide necessary inputs to your supervisor on each potential, as well as various gained customer insights in person as well as through other means required.
Actively participate in various events, internal and external, to promote in online and offline settings.
Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets assigned by the company on available projects for sale.
Finding potential buyers, making follow-up calls, visiting project sites and closing potential buyers.
Effectively use CRM platforms in executing the above tasks
Proficiency in using all digital and offline marketing tools creatively.
Understanding of marketing and sales, and the real estate sector.
Ability to work individually under pressure.
An entry exam will be given to each applicant. Each applicant needs to demonstrate written and oral interviews to get this golden seat. Applicants are encouraged to scan and understand real estate opportunities and its value chains whilst applying for this position.
