Job Position 1 – IT System Administrator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information technology, or a related field.
Experience in years: Minimum of 3 years of experience
Required Skill
IT support, network administration, or system administration. Proficiency in managing servers, networks, databases, and software applications is required. Experience with IT security, data backup, and disaster recovery procedures is desirable.
Job Position 2 – Risk and Compliance Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit within the Microfinance services sector
Required Skill
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and internal control frameworks is necessary
Job Position 3 – Internal Control Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance roles the Microfinance services sector
Required Skill
Preferably within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, audit methodologies, and risk assessment techniques is required
