Trainee Banker trains on the job training in every part of the operation on rotation basis in branch. He/she has the responsibility to know the operational policies and procedures of the bank during the training period
Job Position 2 – Customer Service Officer

Education: A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Work Experience: A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory.

Work Experience: a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, previously in a customer service or receptionist role preferably in a financial institution.
