Main Duties and Responsibilities
Organizes archival records and develops classification systems to facilitate access to archival materials.
Acquires and processes new archival materials and maintain records of document.
Receives, stores, issues, and returns file catalog cards according to system used.
Checks items in and out of archival and removes outdated items in consultation with the manager.
Provides reference services and assistance for users needing archival materials.
Prepares archival records, such as document descriptions, to allow easy access to information.
Sequentially files all documents in the employee’s Official Personnel Record (OPR) folder and file in appropriate cabinet.
Maintains the secrecy of information availed to him/her.
Authenticates and appraises historical documents and archival materials.
Preserve records, documents, and objects, copying records to film, disk, or computer formats as necessary
Performs other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Purpose:

Main Duties and Responsibilities;

To set up, adjust, install, dismantle, and repair various plant equipment, primarily mechanical service equipment and motors in the facility,
Tests vehicles, heavy equipment, and other industrial machinery to check operation, tests equipment after repairs, change overs or extended downtime,
Makes preventive maintenance equipment check and inspection of assigned equipment, reports findings to chief mechanic and takes appropriate action,
Ensure that all repairs and maintenance performed by auto mechanic & junior mechanic are up to standards define by the company,
Coach and mentor other employees in the section,
Record all maintenance types conducted and spare changed on the history jacket.

Job Purpose:– To execute all the imports activities to meet and deliver in accordance with timescales set by Kerchanshe systems, polices, and procedures through conducting market research, building a network of reliable vendors and service providers, and inspecting deliveries.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Collects price quotations from suppliers and submits price summaries to management for approval.
Prepares purchase orders for foreign purchases based on approved purchase contracts and proforma invoices.
Ensures that all import documents issued by suppliers comply with the terms and conditions of the Letter of Credit (LC), purchase contracts, and company requirements.
Ensures that imported products comply with approved specifications and that all import documents are consistent with LC and contractual requirements.
Follows up shipment status and ensures timely arrival of imported goods.
Coordinates with suppliers, freight forwarders, banks, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth import operations.
Tracks and follows up all supply requests from user departments in accordance with company procurement, supply chain, and financial procedures.
Ensures that imported goods and supplies are procured and delivered in line with approved quantity, quality, specifications, and timelines.
Ensures that all imported items are properly received, documented, and handed over to 2 warehouses with complete supporting documents.
Ensures that procurement and import requirements are processed and delivered within agreed lead times and project schedules.
Maintains effective communication and coordination between Corporate and Subsidiary offices to ensure timely information flow and successful fulfillment of procurement requests.
Monitors supplier performance, shipment progress, and import lead times, and proactively escalates potential delays and risks.
Maintains accurate import records, shipment tracking reports, and Goods-in-Transit (GIT) status reports.
Participates in foreign currency utilization planning, import prioritization, and import budget monitoring activities.
Supports duty-free applications, regulatory compliance requirements, and customs clearance documentation processes.
