Job Position 1 – Junior Underwriting/ Junior Claims Officer
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 and above. Applicants must be 2022 – 2025 graduates and must provide their 8th, 10th & 12th grade national examination results.
Work Experience: One year and above proven post-qualification experience in any professional position.

Job Position 2 – Grade 4 Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA/BSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields. Having a CII certification is highly advantageous.
Work Experience: Six years of proven and relevant post-qualification Insurance experience, out of which at least two years must be in a supervisory position or three years as a senior officer.

Job Position 3 – Grade 3 Branch Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BA or BSC/MA or MSC in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields. Having a CII certification is considered an advantage.
Work Experience: Eight years of experience for BA/BSC holders or seven years of experience for MA/MSC holders in proven and relevant post-qualification Insurance operations, out of which at least two years must have been served as a Grade 4 city Branch Manager or Grade 3 upcountry Branch Manager.
