1. Job Position: Branch Manager I
Qualification: BA degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2-years service at a supervisory level.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa and Dessie.

2. Job Position: Manager, Interest Free Banking Branch Support Division
Qualification: BA/BSc preferably MA/MBA/MSc degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, Accounting and Finance, Business Administration or related field of discipline.
Experience: Must have 6 years of work experience with at least 4-years service at supervisory or managerial level out of which at least 2-years in IFB management.

3. Job Position: Principal Human Resource Management Officer
Qualification: A master’s degree from a recognized higher learning institution in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, organizational Development or highly related field of study.
Experience: Must have 8 years of experience with at least 4-years service as Senior HRM Officer.
Required Competencies: Strategic HR exposure, workforce planning, organizational design, policy and procedure drafting skill, talent succession architecture, employee performance management, strong employee relation skills, analytical capability and knowledge of HR analytics and system.

4. Job Position: Principal Interest Free Bank Support Officer
Qualification: BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field of discipline.
