Qualifications and Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
Career Level : Entry Level (Fresh Graduate)
Graduated within the last 0-1 years.
Minimum CGPA of 2.75 and above.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and build a career in sales.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsible
Participate in structured training programs to develop sales and commercial competencies.
Assist the sales team in executing sales plans and achieving business objectives.
Conduct regular market visits to gain insights into customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
Collect, analyze, and report sales and market data.
Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with merchandising standards.
Handle customer inquiries and support the resolution of customer concerns.
