Relief Foam is a growing foam manufacturing company specializing in quality foam and mattress products. We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Female Accountant to join our team.

Position 1 – Accountant

Job Requirements
BA/BSc in Accounting or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of Peachtree and Microsoft Excel.
Good understanding of accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to speak Afaan Oromo or other languages is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities
· Handle daily accounting and financial transactions.
· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
· Manage accounts payable and receivable.
· Handle cash and bank transactions and reconciliations.
· Assist with payroll, tax/VAT, and other accounting activities.
· Prepare financial reports and provide financial information to management.
· Maintain accurate inventory-related financial records.
· Occasionally visit company shops when required.

An advantage: Experience in cost accounting, manufacturing, or inventory-related accounting.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Position 2 – Sales Officer

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
Experience in mattress, furniture, foam, or manufacturing-related sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer-service skills.
Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel for customer visits.
Good knowledge of Amharic and English.
Ability to speak Afaan Oromo or other languages is an advantage.
Basic Microsoft Office skills.
Number of Positions: 3
Location: Addis Ababa
Employment Type: Full-time, Contract with possibility to extend
Salary: Attractive and based on experience and qualifications.
Sales Incentive: Performance-based incentive will be provided.

Key Responsibilities
· Promote and sell Relief Foam products to new and existing customers.
· Identify and develop new customers, retailers, distributors, hotels, and institutions.
· Visit customers and understand their product requirements.
· Achieve sales targets and pursue new market opportunities.
· Present product features, quality, and benefits to customers.
· Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries and orders.
· Maintain strong customer relationships.
· Monitor market prices, competitors, and customer preferences.
· Follow up on outstanding customer payments.
· Maintain sales records and provide regular reports.

An advantage: Existing connections with mattress retailers, furniture shops, wholesalers, hotels, apartments, or institutional buyers.

Job Requirements
Female candidate with a confident and natural on-camera presence.
Fluent Amharic and strong communication skills.
Creative, energetic, and comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
Well-presented and professional in appearance.
Good understanding of TikTok and current social media trends.
Previous experience in content creation, social media, hosting, or a similar role is an advantage.
Good English is an advantage.
Afaan Oromo or other language skills are an additional advantage.
Professional video editing experience is not required.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

· Contribute to content planning and campaign ideas.
· Participate in content creation at different company locations when required.
