Job Position – Graduate Trainee
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Marketing and other Banking business related fields.
CGPA 2.75 and above
Only 2025 & 2026 graduates can apply
Age < 25
Exit exam result ≥ 50
Work experience is not required
COC(for level IV) is mandatory
Knowledge of Shari’ah law and principles pertaining to Interest Free Banking Operation is required and compulsory
Location: Werka,Bensa Deye,Adola,Shinshicho,Jinka Branches.
Job Purpose
To support the Bank’s effective service delivery to customers and ensure customers are served with a due care and maximum efficiency.
