Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
Work Experience: 3 years in banking, with at least 2 years at officer level in a similar role

Position 2 – Banking Business Officer I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of Branch banking experience of which 1 year as junior officer
Duty Stations: Yabu (Re-advertised)

Position 3 – Financing Appraisal Officer II (Re-advertised)

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 3
years of banking experience, of which 1 year as Officer I in financing/credit area.
Additional Advantage: Knowledge and understanding of Interest-Free Banking.
Duty Stations: Jimma District

Position 4 – Branch Manager I

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role such as Assistant Branch Manager or CSM/CSS.
Duty Stations: Mettu and Bedelle Branches (Re-advertised)
