Transsion Holdings is a manufacturer of mobile phones based in Shenzhen, China. It was the largest smartphone manufacturer by sales in Africa in 2017, and also sells mobile phones in South Asia. Its brands include phone brands, Itel and Infinix after-sales service brand Carlcare and accessories brand Oraimo. It manufactures phones in China, Pakistan, Ethiopia, and Bangladesh and recently at India.

Transsion Holdings Pvt. Ltd was founded as Transsion Technology in Hong Kong in 2006, with a focus on the development, manufacturing, sales, and services of mobile communication products. Transsion entered the African market with its Tecno and Itel brands, and started focusing on the African market in July 2008, initially with feature phones Transsion released its first smartphone in 2014.Transsion set up its Nigerian subsidiary in June 2008, and had subsidiaries in seven countries in Africa by October that year. Transsion set up a manufacturing plant in Ethiopia in 2011. Transsion entered the Indian market in 2016. The market share of Transsion’s smartphone brands in Africa combined surpassed that of Samsung in 2017, making Transsion the largest manufacturer of smartphones for the African market in the fourth quarter of 2017.Transsion was also the largest manufacturer of mobile phones in Africa in the first half of 2017.Transsion’s 2018 attempt at a reverse takeover failed. In October 2018, Transsion Holdings started producing smartphones in their new manufacturing plant in Bangladesh.Transsion Holdings became a public listed company in September 2019 by listing on the STAR Market section of the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Job Position 1-Sales Capability Manager

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree or MA/ MBA in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Experience :Management or a related field 4-8 years of experience in Capacity building sales training Specialist or manager or Sales Capability manager, with at least 2 years in a sales training role Proven success in developing and delivering sales training programs.
Strong knowledge of sales processes, tools, and strategies, including Customer Relation Management systems and sales enablement tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess, analyze, and adapt training strategies based on individual and team needs.
Ability to motivate and engage learners with different learning styles.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and draw actionable insights.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with digital content creation platforms is a plus.

About the Job
Identifying the training need for Promoters, sales Representatives and Retail s supervisors.
Based on the need preparing training manuals and materials.
Provide training to sales promoters and supervisors.
Follow-up the day-to-day activities of sales promoters and supervisors and other sales and marketing teams to support them
Develop, implement, and continuously improve comprehensive training programs for new and existing sales team members.
Create customized training materials, including presentations, manuals, and role-playing scenarios, to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Facilitate and conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually for new hires, sales representatives, and sales managers.
Analyze sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and areas of improvement for individual team members and the sales team as a whole.
Work with sales leadership to align training initiatives with business goals and KPIs.
Offer ongoing coaching, feedback, and mentoring to enhance the performance of sales staff.
Partner with cross-functional teams Marketing, to ensure alignment of sales training with company initiatives and product updates.
Act as a liaison between sales leadership and training teams to ensure continuous communication of sales challenges and training requirements.
Develop dynamic and engaging training content based on the latest sales techniques, trends, and tools.
Ensure that all training materials are up to date, relevant, and engaging, leveraging various formats such as eLearning modules, videos, and in-person workshops.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance reviews.
Regularly assess sales team development needs and recommend additional training or resources based on results.
Stay updated on the latest sales methodologies, techniques, tools, and industry trends to incorporate into training programs.
Prepare performance evaluation criteria’s and implement it to sales promoters and supervisors.
Advising the manager on the best methods and mechanisms which help the department to archive its objectives.
Collect and analyses weekly and monthly sales amount of each sales promoter to identify his or her performance.
Based on the analyzed sales performance Recommend and implement improvement mechanisms.
Facilitate training & development programs
Secure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development across the sales team.
Maintain records of all training activities and track individual and team progress.
Generate reports to showcase the impact of training programs on sales performance and provide recommendations for improvements

Required Qualification and Experience

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in graphic design & video Editing.
