Job Summary:
The HR Officer – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing recruitment activities while also supporting general HR operations. The role works closely with the Learning & Development function to ensure smooth onboarding and employee readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
Manage end-to-end recruitment process
Post job advertisements and source candidates
Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate pipeline and database
HR Generalist Support (Shared)
Support onboarding process for new hires
Assist in employee engagement activities
Participate in employee relations handling (as needed)
Support performance management process (KPIs follow-up)
HR Operations Support
Assist in maintaining employee records when needed
Support HR Officer in documentation during peak times
Ensure recruitment data is updated in HR systems
Collaboration (Very Important)
Work closely with L&D to:
Align hiring with training plans
Ensure smooth transition from hiring training
Coordinate with departments on workforce planning
