Job Position -Senior Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 10+ years of progressive finance experience.
Strong prior experience in manufacturing / factory operations is required.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing finance teams.
Strong experience handling audits, financial statements, and compliance matters.
Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Office especially Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the finance and accounting department.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations including cash flow, payables, receivables, payroll, and general ledger.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and cost-control strategies.
Ensure accurate inventory accounting and costing within a manufacturing environment.
Lead internal and external audits, tax reviews, and regulatory reporting.
Strengthen financial controls, compliance systems, and policies.
Supervise and develop finance team members.
Support senior management with strategic financial analysis and decision-making.
Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and external stakeholders
