Job Position -Cafeteria Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 3–5 years of experience in café/restaurant management.
Proven ability in team leadership, procurement, and compliance management.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for hospitality.
Skills
Leadership and staff development.
Financial management including budgeting and cost control.
Customer service excellence.
Knowledge of local café trends and consumer preferences.
