Job Position -Motorist and Junior Claim Officer (ሞተረኛ እና ጀማሪ የካሳ ባለሙያ)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Management, or Any Business related field (preferred).
Valid driving license for motorbike (mandatory).
Basic understanding of insurance claims processes (motor, property, etc.).
Experience :1–3 years of relevant experience (insurance or field operations).

Role Summary
The Motorist and Junior Claim Officer (ሞተረኛ እና ጀማሪ የካሳ ባለሙያ) is a hybrid role responsible for supporting the insurance claims process while also providing field mobility and logistical support using a motorbike (RTR or electric motor). The role ensures timely claims follow-up, document delivery, field coordination, and efficient client service.
