Job Position -Finance Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Experience:Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and financial reporting
Experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian tax laws, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
Experience in cash flow management, banking operations, and financial reconciliations
Experience in establishing and maintaining internal controls and conducting financial audits
Familiarity with Ethiopian Revenue and Customs Authority (ERCA) regulations
Experience in payroll processing and compliance with labor laws and statutory deductions
Ability to analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
Experience in consolidating financial data and preparing financial statements
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a finance team
Strong coordination skills to work with multiple outlets and departments
Job Description
The Finance Manager will oversee and manage all financial operations of a multi-outlet restaurant business, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with Ethiopian financial regulations, and effective financial planning. The role is based in Addis Ababa at the central finance office, coordinating with outlet managers and the executive team.
Requirement Skill
Account management
Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to handle high volumes of alerts with structured prioritization
Attention to detail and strong administrative skills.
Ability to deliver quality work within deadlines
• Strong financial analysis
