Job Position –1 Sales Representative (Solar Products – National Market)
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:Minimum 3+ years proven sales experience (preferably in solar, energy, FMCG, or related sectors)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Results-oriented with a strong execution mindset
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive targets
Proficiency in Amharic and English (written and spoken). Candidates with additional local language capability are preferred.
Additional Advantage
Certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Relationship Management
Experience in field sales, agent-based distribution, or B2B sales

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BA Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience:Minimum 3+ years proven sales experience (preferably in solar, agriculture, or rural distribution markets)
Fluent in Afan Oromo (Mandatory)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel frequently and work in field environments
Results-driven with strong execution discipline
Proficiency in Amharic and English
Additional Advantage
Experience working with agent networks or rural distribution models
Understanding of microfinance, community sales, or development sectors
Sales/marketing certifications
