Job Summary
We are seeking a well-presented, professional, and customer-focused Hostess to join our fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Escort guests to their tables and present menus
Maintain an organized and clean reception area
Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations
Manage waiting lists during busy hours
