Job Position -F&B Supervisor
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Proven experience as a coffee shop supervisor or similar role, with a strong foundation in coffee preparation and service.
Certifications from recognized coffee institutions (e.g., Specialty Coffee Association) preferred.
Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the Ethiopian coffee market and consumer preferences is a plus.
Ability to work flexibly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Commitment to sustainability and community engagement.
Job Purpose
This position is pivotal in ensuring the superior quality of all products and services in our coffee shops. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring staff are expertly trained in all items sold and customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. A passion for coffee culture and a commitment to excellence are essential for this role
