Job Position -Sales & Marketing Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or Sales Engineering-related field
Experience:Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing and sales within a manufacturing environment
At least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Experience dealing with industrial customers, distributors, or Original Equipment Manufacturers.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and capacity planning
Contract review and negotiation skills
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 (especially Clauses 6, 8, and 9)
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership and cross-functional coordination ability
