Job Position -1 Project Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
Experience: At least 15 years in project management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role managing large-scale real estate development projects.
Skills:
Extensive experience in real estate development and project management.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and financial management skills.
Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage complex projects.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Knowledge of real estate regulations, safety standards, and building codes.
Ability to manage risks and make proactive adjustments to keep projects on track.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Quality control and Risk Management
Oversee the quality of work is maintained at all times, and that all building standards are met.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and lead any changes to the project scope.

Job Position -2 Store Head / Store Manager
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Experience :5+ years of experience in store/warehouse management
Experience in Construction store management is mandatory
Experience with ERP systems
