Job Position -1 Driver
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Complete of secondary education, 3rd grade a clean and valid driving license, minimum of 5 years of previous related work experience.
Basic oral and written English communication skill
Well-developed interpersonal and team skills and proven ability to be flexible in demanding situations.
Ability in minor vehicle maintenance especially at time of unexpected cases during field travels
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Vehicle operation:
Drive and maintain the vehicle in a professional, conscious and safe manner obeying the local road traffic laws.
Ensure that at all times the vehicle is equipped with the correct tools and spare parts (functioning jack, a spade, an approved tool kit, a spare wheel with a properly inflated tyre and first aid kit)
Ensures that he/she has a valid driving license all time and ensures that a copy of the car paper and log sheet is in the car.
Ensure that vehicles are checked daily and weekly, and that they are correctly maintained.
Ensure that the vehicle is kept clean, inside and outside, at all times
Ensuring that no unauthorized personnel, no military personnel, no harmful weapon including gun, stick, knife, spear, any explosive materials, Chat, drugs are on board.
Distribute different letters, packages to and from project office and to other partners and stakeholders.
Assist office in coordinating field visits.
Ensuring to leave the compound with authorized paper and passenger, clearance or store issue for goods for clearly stated reason.
Maintain a logbook of vehicle movement, its mileage, servicing, fuel consumption and general vehicle condition.
Ensuring parking of vehicles in a safe area when on the field visit, not near to the market, fuel stations, bars or any un secured places.
Perform other duties as required related to vehicle management.

Job Position -2Community Development Facilitator
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc or MSc in Agricultural Science, Agricultural extension and Rural Development, and related fields of studies with Experience:minimum of 5 years (for BSc) or 3 years (for MSc) prior work experience respectively preferably in the NGO and Agricultural research Areas.
Solid experience in facilitating, developing and supporting various soil health components.
Experience in working with Agribusiness, private sector
Experience in working with local communities and smallholder farmers, with excellent facilitation and communication skills
The ability to excel in a fast-paced setting with flexibility and creativity, and with a focus on high performance.
Knowledge and experience with participatory approaches and multi-stakeholder engagement facilitation skills, and ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines.
Skilled in computer usage and ICT tools
Preferably to have Motorbike riding license & experience.
Strong command of English language and fluency in Amharic.
