Job Position – IT technician
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or related field.
Experience:Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or technician role.
Basic knowledge of website development tools (e.g., WordPress or similar CMS, HTML/CSS is an advantage).
Knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and common software applications.
Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, antivirus, and email systems.
Basic understanding of networking (LAN, routers, switches, internet setup).
Skills and Abilities:
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and user support skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Good record-keeping and documentation ability.
Attention to detail and quick response to technical issues.
Salary – Gross salary of 10,000 ETB
Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Timely resolution of IT issues.
System uptime and reliability.
Proper maintenance of IT equipment and records.
Staff satisfaction with IT support.
