Job Position -1 Manager, Database Administration -Internal/External
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience with 6/8 years of Database administration experience, respectively, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role
Professional certifications such as Database administration certificates, Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate, or similar are highly desirable.

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Master’s Degree/ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.
Experience with 6/8 years of Systems administration, respectively, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Linux and Unix-based (Oracle Solaris, Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat) systems administration is mandatory. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Oracle LDOM, Nutanix) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Telecloud).

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
2 to 5+ years of experience in banking IT, with proven leadership experience
Job Summary
The Software Development & MIS Division Manager is responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of in-house applications that automate and digitize the bank’s internal and operational processes. This includes transforming manual workflows—such as human resource management, expense tracking, approvals, reporting, and other administrative functions—into efficient, secure, and scalable digital systems. The role ensures that all internally developed solutions not only support core banking operations but also enhance overall organizational efficiency by reducing manual intervention, minimizing errors, and improving process transparency, control, and accountability.
